Government reported to Advertising Standards Authority over use of 'free' in ads & lit

After repeated calls to the Government to remove their use of the word 'free' from their literature and advertisements - grossly misleading parents, we have now reported them to ASA.


We have included evidence that proves the Universal and Extended hours schemes are in fact not free alongside evidence of the Government directing providers to charge parents using FOI requests and guidance THEY have published themselves!.
