Representing England's Early Years Sector and Protecting the Rights of Children Under 5

Early Years Equality was formed in 2022, originally founded by Dionne then quickly joined by two Claire Kenyon's! Dionne sadly had to step back from the team due to personal circumstances, and we have since had some reshuffling of roles, responsibilities and aims. Since then we have been gaining representatives from local authorities to help spread the word and gather support. Some of these have taken a more central role in the campaign as we have expanded. 

The vast majority of us are providers in different capacities - nurseries owners or childminders. Others work in the early years sector in other ways. All of us are passionate about gaining equality for the sector and for children under 5.
